Eugenia ELDER

Eugenia Elder is a contemporary oil painter born in Mississauga, and based in Toronto, Canada. Select group exhibitions include “Solstice” at Modern Fuel Artist-Run Centre (2013) and various exhibitions at Emily Harding Gallery (2019-2025).

 

Her work is available and has been sold through the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) Art Rental & Sales department. Her work was notably rented for the production of Netflix original series “Sex/Life”, and most recently for the CBC/Netflix production of “North of North.” She exhibited at the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair (2019) and was an Untapped Emerging Artist Competition finalist at Artist Project (2020).

 

She completed the Studio Program residency at MOCA Toronto (2019-2020). She received her Diploma in Visual and Creative Arts with Honours at Sheridan College (2022-2024). As a research assistant, she illustrated storyboards for studies on social networks and composed 3D images of neurodegenerative disorders. She has also worked on multiple commercial projects as a studio assistant.

 

Eugenia currently paints out of her studio in Toronto’s West End.
